Yesterday came my Tokyo Babylon artbook. I bought the used one, but its quality is pretty good and it's nearly not damaged and looks nearly as new as well.  *^^* But the pages are so slippery and shiny that I can't even touch them unless I want to leave my fingerprints on them. XD Also there are really pretty images, but there are some that I just don't like. But I think that giving that it was one of Clamp's first work, it can be justified. ;)

What's more.... When I woke up this morning I was feeling slightly bad and now it worsened and I have a headache for several hours now. And it's not the nicest thing nor the way that I would like to feel on Saturday, when I finally can rest after whole week of school (I have to get up around 6.30 am). Since I don't like taking any pills, I thought I'll wait for the end ot it, but I'm losing my confidence that I'm going to keep this word. *sigh*

I also bought the Tokyo Babylon art book. I was so happy that day. I've waited a long time before buying that book, it wasn't available in the store yet. And you're right the art book has glossy and shiny papers that could undoubtedly leave some nasty fingerprints. But even though i spend some money for it, i don't care much about fingerprints and such. So, i just open the damn book. :p Anyway, that book is a real treasure, i got a lot of inspiration in it, and even draw that Subaru 'and half his face covered in his pullover'. God, i love that book... Especially, when you get to see sxs more older. *searches where she hid that damn book*

I just can't make myself not to care, even though I didn't spend *that* much. XD (Despite what my mum's opinion about it is;). But it's a bit of an obsession on my side, when it comes to treating books, comics and such. XD Especially the favourite ones.

True. ^^ Although I don't like that they changed Subaru's eyes colour when they drew his older version in this artbook. (Maybe they darkened from trauma? ;)


And there are also some nice pictures of Hokuto.

Too less Seishirou ones, though. XD

I'd like to buy X Zero or Infinity, but the store form which I bought the TB one, doesn't have it now and I don't want to buy new copy, when I could have the used one without much difference in quality and a big difference in price. XD So I guess that I'll wait for a while.

And btw. do we know each other from somewhere? :3

Indeed, Subaru's eyes darkened due to his trauma. Clamp thinks about everything. *gasp* And there should be more Seishiro pictures...

I've had X Zero in my hands, but much to my despair I didn't buy it that day. One day, precious book, one day...

Nah, i don't think we know each other from somewhere. I just saw your post on buying the TB Artbook, that's all! I'm quite active on Devianart though... And Livejournal hasn't received much attention from me lately, so i'm trying to give it another go.

In X Zero they both were quite neglected too. But I understand that they had to show Kamui (but still - why? XD).

I had a chance to buy X Zero, but my friend wanted to buy it also (and she wanted to buy this specific copy first, too), so I resigned. But I hope/believe that I'll be able to buy it someday in future (it doesn't sound so optimisic, though XD)

I don't have devianart, because I sadly lack any talent whatsoever. Oh, we can't have everything, I suppose. XD
